I loved great and beautiful location of this property.
Location: the hotel was next to a DIY hike halfway up Stromboli, volcano and sea and Stromboli, a wonderful island. I had a well furnished and spacious room with comfy bed and climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

Our room had everything we needed - A/C, a safe, and a TV with plenty of channels. the private bathroom even had a nice bathtub. the location was fantastic, right by a beautiful beach for swimming. And the view from the hotel was amazing, overlooking the sea 🌊.

The studios at the Pedra Residence in Stromboli were absolutely charming! The furnished balcony was a wonderful spot to enjoy the stunning views of the island. The cozy wrought-iron beds and terracotta floors gave the room a rustic yet comfortable feel. Having a kitchenette was so convenient, allowing me to prepare simple meals during my stay. And of course, having air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot summer weather. I felt like I had my own cozy little retreat on this beautiful island.
I personally didn't care for the tile/marble floor in the studio. It felt a bit cold and slippery at times.

The breakfast buffet at the nearby restaurant Ingrid was absolutely delightful. The Sicilian pastries were like bites of heaven, the granitas were refreshingly icy, and the croissants were flakier than a well-played poker hand. And to top it all off, the hot drinks were as comforting as a warm embrace.
Noisy neighboring room.

The studio at the Pedra Residence was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. It had a lovely furnished balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee and take in the beautiful scenery. The wrought-iron beds and terracotta floors gave the room a charming and rustic feel that we absolutely adored. It made us feel right at home. Having a kitchenette in the room was a great convenience. We were able to prepare simple meals and snacks whenever we wanted, which saved us money and added to our overall comfort. The satellite TV in the studio was a nice addition. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring while watching some of our favorite shows.
Personally, we found the bathroom slippers provided in the private bathroom to be a bit uncomfortable. However, we understand that others may have different preferences and might still appreciate their inclusion.

The Pedra Residence was beautifully decorated, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the terrace with its stunning sea views, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails available throughout the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Pedra Residence. I arrived early in the morning after a ferry ride, and they were kind enough to let me check in without any penalty. The location was a bit of a walk from the port, but still convenient. The room had a great view and was close to the center. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities were clean. There was even a shop close by for any necessities. I highly recommend taking a nighttime trek up the volcano with Magmatrek, they provided an amazing experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the residence on Stromboli! The hotel's decoration had a charming and cozy feel, with beautiful antique furniture and colorful tiles that reminded me of the island's unique character. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The children working there were always ready to assist me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
If I had one small request for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have grab bars installed in the bathrooms. This additional safety feature would provide extra support and peace of mind for us older guests.
